This very cozy, typically Parisian one-bedroom apartment is situated on a beautiful, cobblestoned, pedestrian street directly across from the famous "Coupe Chou" restaurant in the heart of the Latin Quarter.

Located on the 2nd floor (European, no elevator) of a traditional 17th-century building, with secure digicode entry, the apartment overlooks both the quiet tree-lined courtyard and the tiny, charming street. Exposed and preserved wood beams adorn the ceilings throughout the apartment, complimenting the warm decoration and home furnishings.

The entry hall leads you into an open living and dining area, furnished with a comfortable, convertible sofa-bed (makes into a double bed for two) and two cozy armchairs, which make the living room a lovely space to relax. A four-seat wooden dining table and chairs greet you for meals and a tall shelving unit, complete with a nice collection of guidebooks on Paris and France will have you equipped with all of the ins and outs of the city.

The open, contemporary kitchen is perfectly equipped and offers a dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and all the pots, pans and dishes you need to dine at home plus a brand new Siemens washer/dryer so you can have clean, fresh clothing and linens during any part of your stay in the City of Light!

For your ease and pleasure, the apartment is complete with Satellite TV (CNN and lots of English-language programming) , high-speed Internet (WiFi), a CD player, and a free long distance telephone service with up to 28 different destinations.

The cozy bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a spacious wardrobe closet, nice lighting and a large window overlooking the quiet courtyard.

The sparkling, white-tile bathroom is newly renovated, with beautiful spot lighting, a wonderful shower system, toilet and sink, a heated towel rack and plenty of storage.

Enjoy the wonderful area with the Panthéon, Latin Quarter, Université de la Sorbonne, Seine, the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens and the entire Saint Michel shopping and cultural area only a few minutes away on foot. The neighborhood is beautiful and lively, with loads to visit and a whole lot of shopping to do!

Only a few steps from the apartment, you will be excited to dine at some of the most incredible, typically Parisian restaurants, like le Petit Prince and les Fêtes Galantes (two of our all-time favorites) just down the street, and Le Berthoud at the corner.
